Why does the server always reset to 1 map (strike at karkand), 3 rounds per map, avg. voip quality, etc?

Is that just an unavoidable thing with the server restart? Each day, I find myself resetting the map list, marking the rounds to 2 per map, upping the voip quality, and resetting our server greeting so that it actually fits in the box (in game). I'd put in the server graphic, too, if I knew how - as we lose that every time it resets as well.
